Returns
Any item may be returned for any reason to shipper's warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund (minus shipping charges and minus a 15% restocking charge). The item must be received in good condition for a refund. If the shipper receives damaged item, a refund will not be given. The buyer is responsible for delivery or shipment of the item(s) to the shipping company's warehouse as specified on the Bill of Lading.

Shipping Damages:
Any item that is damaged due to shipping must be handled with the shipping company. For any reason, if a customer receives a damaged item, the customer must note it on the delivery receipt.

Cancellations:
Any order may be cancelled for any reason prior to shipment.
