How will my order be shipped?
Shipping is simple. You have two shipping choices: 1) Back of Truck delivery or 2) for an additional charge, white-glove delivery. Call our toll-free number 888.282.3082 if you have any questions about shipping.

Back of Truck delivery means a large truck (usually one of those large 53' trailer you see on the highway) will deliver the product to your residence. We use only the best shippers in the United States. The trucking company will call you to schedule the delivery, and you must be there when the truck arrives. We will also give you the shipping tracking number so that you can track the shipment online. Enter the weight of all your items and the zip code where the order will be shipped in the shipping calculator to get an immediate shipping quote. That quote is guaranteed.

On the day of the delivery, the truck driver will bring each box to the back of the truck. For big boxes, like dressers, you will need someone to help you get it from the back of the truck to the ground and then into the house. The driver is only responsible for getting the box to the back of the truck. You take it from there.

White-glove delivery means a company, usually two men (they don't literally wear white gloves!) will bring the furniture to your residence. They will unbox the furniture and set it up in your room as directed. There may be an extra charge for a second or third floor setup. They do all the work of unboxing and placing the furniture as you like it. There is an upgrade charge for white-glove delivery.


How much is shipping?
The shipping charge is easy to get. Just enter the combined weight of all your items and the zip code where the order will be shipped in the shipping calculator to get an immediate shipping quote. That quote is guaranteed.


When will my order arrive?
Each item on furniutremonkey.com tells you the availability. If the availability says “1-2 days,” the order will be shipped within one or two business days from the date we receive the order. The shipping transit time will be an additional one to four days depending on your location. If the availability says “4-6 weeks,” then we are out of stock at the moment in our warehouse and it may take up to six weeks for us to ship your item. We will usually wait until all items are in stock before shipping any part of your order as we do not ship partial orders.
